HIV/TB Technical ToolBox
The fight against HIV and TB cannot be won without addressing the mental health needs of people living with, at risk of, or affected by these two diseases. Recognising this, with the Interagency Working Group on Mental Health Integration, we developed a comprehensive technical toolbox to support a range of stakeholders with their advocacy and programmatic efforts to integrate mental health into HIV and TB programmes. This toolbox reflects a collaborative effort and has been utilised by different organisations to highlight mental health as a core component in enhancing the effectiveness of HIV and TB programmes.

Target Audience for the Technical Toolbox
The toolbox is tailored to meet the needs of:
- National HIV and TB Programmes
- Mental health civil society organisations engaged in advocacy
- Community-based organisations implementing mental health, HIV, and/or TB services
- Key actors in the Global Fund ecosystem, including Country Coordination Mechanisms (CCMs), Principal Recipients (PRs) and Sub-Recipients (SRs)
